Sabot runs on donated kit and donated time. If you've got either spare, here's how to hand it over.
Nobody's on a wage here, so anything given goes straight into hosting, materials for build nights, parts for the refurb bench and travel for the people running it.
We're on Ko-fi for one-off and monthly support. Ko-fi doesn't take a cut on one-off donations, your card or PayPal provider takes its normal processing fee and that's it, so more of what you give actually reaches us. It also lets people give without setting up an account first.
Support us on Ko-fiKo-fi is free to use and takes nothing off one-off tips on the free plan, only a small cut on memberships if you go monthly.
Old GPUs, laptops, mini computers, routers, drives, cables, anything with a bit of life left in it. It gets checked over on the refurb bench and either put to work on the mesh or passed on to someone who needs it.
We don't publish a home address for this. Not being funny, it's just not sensible to put your own front door on a public donations page. Instead, get in touch first and we'll sort a public handover point, like a car park, a community space or a build night, or arrange a courier if that's easier for you.
Get in touch to arrange a drop-offWe're still working out the exact process for this, likely a proper collection point or partnering with a local space rather than one-off meetups. Details will land on this page once it's sorted.
Would rather give time than money or kit? The join page has plenty of other ways in.
